At Executive, we value the client - not the transaction. Each of our trained real estate professionals generates income from sources other than real estate...so we don't have to close a transaction just to make our mortgage payment! What this means to you - the client - is that the transaction will never be put before the client. We will never compromise a client just to "close a deal". It's that simple. We also understand that real estate transactions are, by definition, adversary. The seller wants to get the highest price possible for their property. The buyer wants to buy the property for the lowest possible price. One agent can not, by simple definition, represent both sides of the transaction. That's why, at Executive, we will never engage in a dual agency. We can't. It's a fallacy to think that one agent...or one brokerage...can represent competing interests in a real estate sales transaction. We won't compromise our clients for a higher commission - so we simply don't "do" dual agency transactions.
